Red Ribbon Week starts on Monday! A letter with more information will be going home in your child's red folder today, so be on the lookout for it.

Here are the planned dress-up days for the week:

Monday- Our School is Proud to Make Healthy Choices: wear RED as a pledge to be drug free!

Tuesday- Don't Sleep on Making Healthy Choices: PJ Day! (remember to follow the school's dress code and be mindful of the weather)

Wednesday- Our Future is Bright When We Make Healthy Choices: wear neon colors!

Thursday- Say BOO to UN-Healthy Choices: wear Halloween colors! (NO Halloween Costumes)

Here is more information on the Pastries with Parents event that is happening next week!

Next week the PTA will be sponsoring Pastries with Parents!
Monday (27th) & Tuesday (28th) in the cafeteria before school starts. Hope to see you there! 🍩🍩🍩

Picture retakes are scheduled for October 23rd. If your child needs a new retake form, they can come grab one in the office.

Fall is officially here and the mornings are starting to get chilly! Please remember that jackets and pants need to be worn when the temperature is below 40 degrees. Students are still able to wear shorts, but they need to have pants over for the morning recess.

**At Lincoln School the students need to wear Coats if the temperature is below 40 degrees “Real Feel”. Students who wear shorts or forget their coats will be sitting at the office during recess times if the temperature is “Real Feel” below 40 degrees (page 21 of the student handbook).

AND it looks like October 23rd will be our first chili and cinnamon roll day of the school year! Just remember that if you plan on eating lunch with your child to call the office no later than 9 am.

Lunch times are specific to grade levels:
Third: 11:25-11:45 (Recess until 12:10)
Fourth: 11:45-12:05 (Recess until 12:30)
Fifth: 12:00-12:20 (Recess 11:35-12:00)
